Recently, it has been debated whether or not Eric Clapton likes the Eric Clapton Head On A Stick. Third-hand, I have heard "Eric HATES them and refers to them as 'those f#@$ing heads'." It is thought that he dislikes them because he thinks someone is selling his image without his permission. This is, of course, not the case.
I had the occasion to ask a crew member if Eric likes the Eric Clapton Head On A Stick. He replied "I can't read the guy." Nathan East told me that Eric doesn't notice that kind of thing. On the other hand, it appears that Nathan is cool with the Head On A Stick idea!

Eric has certainly said nothing to me about the Eric Clapton Head On A Stick.
Of course, Eric has said nothing to me about nothing.
And nothing from nothing leaves...oh, never mind.
I'm just glad Billy has rejoined the tour.
Anyway, the photo on the right provides compelling evidence that Eric dislikes the Eric Clapton Head On A Stick. This is a truly remarkable photo considering that it is from 1994, five long years before the picture would appear on the calendar and seven years before the Eric Clapton Head On A Stick would be created. |
to let me use and abuse his wonderful picture! |

But this famous photograph provides proof that Eric Clapton is secretly a long-time fan of the Eric Clapton Head On A Stick. This, of course, is the famous "Beano" photograph of John Mayall and The Bluesbreakers. Have you ever looked closely at the comic Eric is reading? It's hard to see on the CD. So, like a Bible scholar consulting the original Hebrew text, I went back to the original album. |

I think we should reflect on what we have learned here. Perhaps you can judge a comic book by its cover. We have also learned that Steve has a lot of nervous energy before New York trips to see Clapton. I suppose that's about all we've learned.
