My Pictures From The 2002 Tour

Wilmington, NC, June 28, 2002

This was Fourplay's first performance in Wilmington! It was also the best of the five Fourplay concerts I have attended since 1998. The band was absolutely on fire. At one point, Nathan fell to the floor after an amazing solo by Harvey Mason!

The audience was fantastic - someone yelled to Larry "You should be arrested for playing that song so well!" Nathan promptly went over and patted Larry down! Bob just said "No contest!" There were frequent calls from the audience such as "Go Nathan!" or simply yelps of pleasure. And at one point, of course, someone yelled out "Free Bird!" Bob was laughing so hard he almost could not play for a few seconds!

I took these from the fifth row with a digital camera (Fujifilm FinePix 4700) with no flash. The name of the file now contains the date and time of the photograph. For example, 2001_0622_045826AA.jpg was taken on June 22, 2001, at 58 minutes and 26 seconds after 4 AM. Military time is used, so 2001_0623_163312.jpg was taken on June 23, 2001, at 33 minutes and 12 seconds after 4 PM.

End of the show and Ms. Kitty returns to the stage. Grrr!
